Over 40 members braved a wet and wild night and almost 30 paintings were submitted. Roger, as usual, gave us the benefit of his vast experience and took time to look in depth at each piece of work and offer advice. All members are rewarded by the critique of each others work and learn so much from his fair and impartial comments. Roger chose his 'top 2', explaining that it is always a difficult choice, and the standard is so high, that he chooses on a personal basis, Overall favourite was a stunning still life from Gillian Roberts and Tony Batey was runner up with a superb marine painting. The Society extend their thanks to Roger, and look forward to welcoming him back.
