A small number of members attended the Annual General Meeting on 19 March.
The minutes of the last AGM, The Chairman’s Report, and The Treasurer’s Report had been previously circulated.
It was recommended by the Treasurer (Roger Bennett) and carried by the meeting, that subscriptions should remain at £50 pa for another year.
The Exhibition Organiser (Eli Absi) reported that 112 paintings (including 3 miniatures) had been entered for the upcoming exhibition in The Turner House Gallery and that Penarth Pier had been booked for an exhibition in June 2025.
The Membership Secretary (Pam Gilbert) reported that we now had 58 members (including 2 honorary members), 11 less than last year.
The Chairman (Ian Philpot) thanked all the committee for the hard work that had gone into running the Society over the last year.
The Committee was re-elected en bloc, except for David Kirkham, who wished to step down from his post as Programme Secretary.

In view of Robert Llewellyn-Davies’ request not to be considered for President, it was agreed to ask Phil Watkins.
