On Tuesday evening, 7th November, we had an "in-house" critique. The object of the exercise was to save money by talking about our artworks ourselves, and inviting advice and constructive criticism from the members present on the works, of which there were 39 paintings of a high standard as usual.
I think that the experiment worked quite well, although more audience participation would have helped. However it was an enjoyable evening, and we will repeat it sometime in the future.
