More than 80 members attended Jem's demo - and thrilled with his lively, expressive and dynamic painting. He completed two fabulous paintings, talking us through his method of painting with hard and soft edges, lost and found, to maximise atmosphere. For his energetic mark making he explained he adapts and uses Chinese calligraphy brushes. The Society thanks Jem for an enlightening and interesting demonstration.
